Registering your Frame

Use our Getting Started page to create a new account or add your CEIVA frame to an existing account. The registration process will also confirm your PicturePlan Photo Delivery Service connection settings.

If you are not able to register online, you can also call our U.S.-based Customer Care Team toll-free at 1-877-MYCEIVA (1-877-692-3482) and we will register it for you.

NOTE: Have your CEIVA frame's 12 digit serial number handy when you register. See the image to locate your CEIVA frame's serial number.
