Your may have a home digital phone line service through companies like Time Warner, ATT/U-verse or Qwest. At this time, there are known issues with the CEIVA frame's phone connectivity with home digital phone lines. Generally, a CEIVA frame will connect with a broadband or wi-fi internet connection or an analog phone line (similar to a fax machine).

If you are able to use a fax machine with your home digital phone line, the CEIVA frame should be able to connect via phone line. If you are not sure, we recommend using your broadband or wi-fi internet connection.
